The company was established on August 16, 1958. It was formed by the merger of five enterprises, including Hangzhou High Speed Machinery Factory and Hongwuyue Fung Sand Company, to form Hangzhou Shangcheng Machinery Factory. The factory is located at No. 48, Guodongyuan Lane, Hangzhou City. The enterprise is a local state-owned enterprise.
1964
Renamed and relocated
In 1964, it was renamed Hangzhou Valve Factory. In May 1965, it moved to Xianlinbu in the western suburbs of Hangzhou. On July 1, 1967, the company was transferred from the Provincial Department of Heavy Industry to the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Heavy Industry (Mechanical Industry Bureau).
1976
Renamed and relocated
On June 1, 1976, the First Ministry of Machinery Industry invested 5.52 million yuan to expand the Hangzhou Valve Factory and initially established a valve manufacturing base integrating production and sales.
1993
Sino-foreign joint venture
On March 30, 1993, Hangzhou Huahui Valve Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with Hong Kong Yinghui Development Co., Ltd.
2002
Enterprise restructuring
On April 8, 2002, Hangzhou Valve Factory (Hangzhou Huahui Valve Co., Ltd.) completed the overall corporate restructuring

Overall relocation
On January 1, 2020, the corporate headquarters will be moved to the Future Science and Technology City of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and the production base will be relocated as a whole to No. 12, Weiye Road, Fuxi Street, Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province
