MWY301-MX is a combined pressure reducing desuperheater system, the both steam pressure reduction and desuperheater is carried out in a compact single unit, such structure is help to save the space and also cost of investment, which is simple concept and easy to be maintained. The MWY301-MX PRDS is suitbale for middle pressure and temperature reducion purpose, basically, its design pressure is <3.82 MPa, design temperature is < 450 DegreeC, steam flow range is from 10% to 100%.

FEATURES The combined PRDS’ valve gives the advantage of pressure reduction and temperature reduction in a single unit. The pressure and temperature reducing valve applies with cage guided of double seat structure, features with large capacity, higher control accuracy with equal percentage flow characteristic. The nozzles are built inside of the valve, the spray velocity reaches 23m/s once the water passes the internal chamber of valve, which ensures the best desuperheating effect even under very small steam flow conditions. The water flow control valve and waterline are also offered with the steam line, which ensures correct design and one to one matching of pressure and temperature control stations.
