PAT-HFA68Y Series high capacity safety valve is our most advanced PSV product, it features with high capacity discharge coefficient which design for critical high pressure and temperature of saturated and superheated steam service. Basically, its set pressure range is <12.5 MPa, maximal working temperature <540 DegreeC, suitable for HP steam line applications.

Adopt with two ring control and ensure the blowdown range of 4%~7% of set pressure.
Uses thermal flexible nozzle design which is suitable for critical working conditions of high temperature and ensure
the very tight shut-off performance.
More complex construction gives instant lifting capacity and the discharge coefficient reaches S-0.87.
The radiator structure is provided for protection of spring from overheating losses.
Highly grade material selection for critical pressure and temperature purpose, the careful procession and treatment
is provided for stable and safety operation.
The spring is produced by excellent technology, and been tested under same environment of high temperature.
Inlet is available for welding and flange connection, on customer's requirement.
